The Model 254 tool is a high-speed production tool, capable of installing up to 20 fasteners per minute. This lightweight Huck tool is designed for productivity; installing various fasteners from 3/16” (5mm), 1/4” (6mm), 5/16” (8mm), and 3/8” (10mm) blind fasteners and 2-piece lockbolts. The Model 254 provides the stroke required for one-cycle installations, and features a concentric (inline) pull piston and a front gland design that allows for easy piston removal. Factory-tested for 1000 cycles and featuring plated piston rods for extended seal life, the Model 254 is proven durable in a wide range of production applications. The Model 254 weighs only 8.67 pounds, adding to its ergonomics and ease of use.
