Shipping policy

Please note: There are no carrier (UPS, Fed Ex etc.) pickups on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.  The day your order is placed as well as Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted toward transit days. Although USPS has regular mail delivery on Saturday, none of the other carriers count Saturday or Sunday as regular delivery dates.  If a Saturday delivery is needed for your order or some other critical shipping instruction, contact us by telephone immediately to accommodate your needs.

All domestic shipments are FOB Sarasota, Florida.  All International shipments are EX WORKS Sarasota, Florida USA.  Purchaser is responsible for all duties and taxes. 

General Shipping Info:

Shipments over 20lbs will be charged the carrier's (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) full published shipping rate. (Note: This includes all Canada orders) 

Expedited shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Duties, taxes, customs and brokers fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Return duties, taxes, customs and brokers fees are the responsibility of the purchaser in the event of a return.

All customers agree to allow any additional or delayed freight, duties or customs charges related to their order whether faxed, emailed, telephoned or ordered on line,  to be charged to their credit card and if credit card is unavailable, will promptly pay any invoice to Aero Industrial Tool including any fees associated with collection of said unpaid funds.
